5. To enter, purchase a participating pint of Peroni or Balter at a participating venue and scan your OFTR App at the time of purchase. One (1) entry will be awarded per eligible purchase.

6. Entrants will receive one (1) bonus entry for each unique friend tagged in the comments of the promotional post. Multiple bonus entries are permitted, provided each comment tags a different individual.

7. The prize consists of one (1) Vespa Primavera 50cc in Bianco Innocenza.

8. The winner will be drawn following the close of the promotion and contacted using the details linked to their OFTR App account.

9. The winner must hold a valid Australian driver’s licence that legally permits them to ride the prize vehicle in Western Australia before taking possession of the Vespa.
10. The winner is responsible for all ongoing costs associated with the prize, including but not limited to:

• Vehicle registration (rego)
• Compulsory third-party insurance and any additional insurance
• Licensing
• Servicing and maintenance
• Operating costs

11. Proof of insurance may be required before the prize is released to the winner.

12. The winner is responsible for collecting and transporting the prize from the nominated collection location.

13. A valid photo ID may be required when claiming the prize.

14. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

15. The winner will have 72 hours from the time they are notified to respond and claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this period or is unable to meet the eligibility requirements, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
